Experience the Heart of Evermore: Where Leisure Meets Luxury
Reimagining a Legacy: From Golf Destination to Family Haven
The Grand Cypress Resort in Orlando, Florida, renowned for its Jack Nicklaus-designed golf courses and luxurious private villas for many decades, has undergone a significant transformation. It has been brilliantly reimagined as Evermore, a unique family-oriented destination offering an inviting alternative to conventional theme park accommodations. Strategically located adjacent to Disney World, the resort provides effortless access to all major local attractions. However, its most distinguishing feature is an expansive new eight-acre freshwater lagoon, meticulously bordered by pristine beaches. This aquatic centerpiece is elegantly framed by a newly developed 'town,' anchored by a sophisticated Conrad hotel to the north, with charming flats and homes gracefully extending along its eastern and western flanks. The architectural firm was entrusted with the critical task of designing the primary gathering and entertainment venues for South Beach, ensuring a seamless integration between the tranquil lagoon and the exhilarating golf experience. Among the four projects undertaken, The Landing stands out as the resort's social and operational core. It is thoughtfully designed to welcome guests upon their arrival, providing an array of amenities including market access, diverse dining options, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, engaging gaming zones, and sophisticated bar experiences. Crucially, it also serves as the gateway connecting the serene beach environment with the dynamic golf courses. Every element of The Landing has been meticulously organized to optimize scenic views, enhance guest comfort, and foster a profound sense of connection among visitors.
